I’m Olivia, but everyone calls me Liv. I’m your girl next door photographer capturing both the big and small moments that tell your story. My husband Joel and I have been together for the past 13 years and have three adorable little girls; River, Everly, and Ridge. We live on a little hobby farm that keeps me busy outside of work and fills my soul. I’d definitely consider my home to be our own little paradise away from the hustle of life. We’ve built a beautiful life together.
I started Olivia Krasselt Photography LLC after several years of teaching and realizing that I wanted to be the one to raise my children while they are little and that an eight hour day in the classroom was robbing time away from my girls. These years go by so fast and I am beyond grateful to be able to be a stay at home mama, photographer, and homesteader all at the same time.
I’ve always had a profound appreciation and passion for art and creativity. Photography has given me the chance to be my own boss while doing something that I love. Freezing time and documenting stories is how I connect with people. I provide life long images that my clients hold dear to their heart. It makes me happy to make others happy.
In my spare time you'll find me with my family and friends but when I have a quiet moment to myself, I usually have my nose in a book. My favorite hobbies are: gardening, bow hunting, cooking, hiking, distance running, snowshoeing, and kayaking. In short, anything outside and active has my name written all over it!
Some personal goals I have this year are to continue growing my business and defining my editing style, read 30 books, add honey bees and ducks to the homestead, and learn how to mill grains.
